About the Association

Formed by owners, for owners.

IND RAS Plot Owners Association was formed by residents of Sector 88A to represent buyer interests directly with the developer and DTCP/HSVP while the colony is being built out — keeping records straight and follow-ups on the record.

Transparency

Every plot's registration, construction and document status is visible to all 77 owners — no closed-door decisions.

Documentation

Layout approvals, RERA registration and legal templates are held centrally so owners never chase paperwork alone.
